whenever he came to malaysia, seki-san would bring over chocolates for us.
then he knew that i love manga especially one piece, so he brought these from japan.
it was to be shared with the whole team, but usually i was the one finishing them
and keeping the box :D
he loves to collect old, rare manga, hence we shared the same interest. he bought me a lot of original anime celluloid (which brought me to tears), telling me he couldn't find one piece as nowadays most anime have moved to digital rendering.

been a long time since i last met him. we both have left the company anyway, i wish him a happy and prosperous life.

ReplyDeleteeh plain, bukan dollar, yen. yang tu ghibli nyer anime, aku x sure anime mana, x penah tengok. yg camtu sekeping cell 500+ yen(yg tu seki-san x bagi aku sbb dia cakap dah rare T_T) tapi kalau bleach naruto tu, satu folder ada dalam 10-20 keping sketches + cell, around rm50+ x silap aku (sbb aku tak bayar so aku tatau :p)

Aekadar berkongsi infomasi kepada pengumpul. Ada beberapa type yang proposal kot yang jual yang ori untuk production biasanya tak jual. Biasanya artist sketch banyak sebab ada silap ada salah dan hanya yang approved je masuk production.
DeleteMemang rare sebab sekarang orang pakai digital so tak banyak production buat macam ni lagi.. tu yang memang susah nak dapatkan. So kalau nak beli pastikan dapat pengesahan production. Sebab memang ada orang buat benda ni untuk dijual kepada peminat claim benda tu ori.
